Confined Space Entry

(Low & Medium Risk)

Confined Space Entry (Low & Medium Risk)

Course Overview:

Confined spaces are significantly more hazardous than normal work places. The hazards involved may not be unique to confined spaces, but are always exacerbated by the enclosednature of the confined space. The resulting injuries are potentially fatal. A seemingly insignificant error or oversight while working in a confined space can result in a tragic accident. Furthermore there is a propensity for multiple casualties due to the insidious nature of the hazards.

This course includes the use of a variety of safety equipment, personal protective equipment and respiratory protective equipment both in theoretical & practical manner.

Our custom-built training unit allows the participant to have a practical understanding of risk assessment, permit to work system, gas monitor, tripod with winch & safety harness. Also included in the course is the importance of the top man at all times.
